To participate, you need to have:

  • An active Aura & Luck product subscription
  • Linked to your Aura & Luck customer account.

Once you've met this requirement:
  • Log in to your Aura & Luck customer account through the website menu
  • Navigate to the "Rewards" section
  • Click the "View Rewards Dashboard" button
2. How Do I Earn Rewards Points?
Earning points is simple:
  • Every purchase you make earns you points based on the dollar amount spent
  • For single-item purchases or additional items, you MUST be logged in during checkout to earn rewards
  • Important: Rewards cannot be added to your account after an order has been placed
3. How Do I Use My Rewards Points?
Using your points is easy:

  • Click "See My Rewards Dashboard"

4. Do My Points Expire?
Yes, points have an expiration policy:

Points expire 12 months after your last order. However, any new order will automatically extend the expiration date by another 12 months.

Example: If you place an order on January 1, 2023, your points will expire on January 1, 2024. If you place another order in 2023, your new expiration date becomes January 1, 2025 (12 months after the latest order). All points will expire at the same time
5. Can Multiple Family Members Participate?
Yes, the program is family-friendly:
  • Anyone can join the Aura & Luck Rewards Program
  • The only requirement is to have at least one active subscription item in your account
  • Each family member must have their own separate account to participate
  • There's no limit to how many family members can join individually
Note: Shared accounts are not permitted - each participant must have their own registered account to earn and redeem rewards.
